These terms apply when you book a shoot with Nikhaar Instant Shoots, Vijayapura, Karnataka, a registered MSME (Udyam UDYAM-KR-07-0075295) (“we”, “us”). By ticking “I agree” and typing your name at checkout, you accept them. Your signature, the time and the version of these terms are saved with your booking.

1. The service

We shoot your event on iPhone and deliver short vertical reels (normally 20–45 seconds) with clean cuts, colour correction, simple titles and suitable music. Plans:

• Quick Moment — ₹1,999: 1 hour of coverage, 1 reel, 1 creator.
• Celebration — ₹3,499: 2 hours of coverage, 2 reels, 1 creator.
• Grand Celebration — ₹6,499: 4 hours of coverage, 3 reels plus raw footage, 1 creator.
• Opening & Launch — ₹4,999: 2 hours of coverage, 3 reels, 1 creator.
• Event Coverage — ₹7,999: 4 hours of coverage, 4 reels plus raw footage, 1 creator.
• Live Event Team — ₹12,999: 4 hours of coverage, 4 reels, 2 creators.
• One Function — ₹7,999: 5 hours of coverage, 4 reels plus raw footage, 1 creator.
• Three Functions — ₹17,999: 3 wedding functions of up to 3 hours each, 9 reels plus raw footage (dates confirmed before payment).
• Four Functions — ₹22,999: 4 wedding functions of up to 3 hours each, 12 reels plus raw footage (dates confirmed before payment).
• Full Wedding — ₹34,999: 3 to 5 wedding functions of up to 3 hours each, 20 reels plus raw footage, 2 creators on the main wedding day (dates confirmed before payment).

Full wedding films, complete performance recordings, scripted commercials, interviews, complex graphics and multiple venues are not included and need a separate quote.

2. Price, travel and payment

• Prices shown are the final prices you pay. Travel anywhere inside Vijayapura city is included. Venues outside the city are quoted separately, and you approve the travel cost before paying.
• Paid in full to confirm: Quick Moment, Celebration, Opening & Launch.
• 50% advance to confirm: Grand Celebration, Event Coverage, Live Event Team, One Function. The balance is due before coverage starts and can be paid from your booking page.
• Booking early: if your event is more than 60 days away, a 30% date-lock advance confirms these plans. The balance is due 7 days before the event, and we email you a reminder with the payment link.
• Three Functions, Four Functions, Full Wedding: nothing is paid until we confirm every function date with you. Then a 50% advance (30% if the first function is more than 60 days away) confirms the booking, and we send you the payment link.
• Price lock: the price on your confirmed booking does not change, even if our prices go up before your event.
• If the balance is not paid by the due date, we will remind you. If it is still unpaid when coverage is due to start, we may hold the shoot until it is paid.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments; we never see or store your card or UPI details.

3. Delivery

• Quick Moment: reel targeted within 25 minutes after the shoot ends.
• Live Event Team: reels delivered during the event at agreed checkpoints; a reel can only include moments already captured.
• All other plans: first reel within 45 minutes after coverage ends, the rest within 3 hours of each function.
• Delivery is to your WhatsApp or a download link in full quality. If the venue has weak internet, we transfer files directly and upload a cloud copy later. Download links stay active for 30 days.

4. Changes to reels

Each booking includes one round of minor changes requested within 48 hours of delivery: spelling fixes, swapping in available clips or modest timing changes. New concepts, re-shoots, major restructuring and complex subtitles are quoted separately. Extra reels cost ₹1,999 each.

5. Timing and delays

Coverage follows the booked time window. If the event starts late, we allow a 15-minute grace period where our schedule permits; after that, coverage ends at the booked time unless you add extra time (₹1,499 per creator per hour, subject to availability). If a key moment is about to fall outside your coverage, our creator will tell you before the time runs out.

6. Your responsibilities

Please share correct names, venue details and the key moments, make sure we are allowed to film at the venue, and let us know about any restrictions from the venue or the main photography team. For bookings made well ahead, please confirm or update these details when we check in about 30 days before the event.

7. Music, branding and portfolio use

We pick music suitable for where you told us you will post the reel (including paid ads if you said so). Reels may carry a small Nikhaar Instant Shoots logo or Instagram credit; if you need a clean version, for example for ads, just ask. We only post your reel on our own pages if you ticked the portfolio permission box. We do not guarantee views, reach or engagement.

8. Cancellation and rescheduling

See our Cancellation & refund policy. If we cannot fulfil a booking, we will offer a replacement creator you accept or refund the service we could not provide.

9. If something goes wrong

If equipment fails or a key moment is missed, we will tell you straight away, keep all captured clips and agree a fair remedy with you. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.
