How fast will I get my reel?
Quick Moment: within 25 minutes after the shoot ends. Longer plans: the first reel within 45 minutes and the rest within 3 hours, sent to your WhatsApp in full quality.
Do you cover corporate, college and school events?
Yes. Book Opening & Launch, Event Coverage or the Live Event Team online from the Events tab, or ask for a custom quote for full-day, multi-day or multi-creator coverage.
How do the wedding packages work?
One Function is booked and paid online like any other plan. For 3, 4 or all functions, you pick the package and add your function dates; we check every date, confirm on WhatsApp, and only then you pay. Every package includes raw footage.
Can I book months ahead for a wedding or event?
Yes. Wedding and event dates open up to 12 months ahead. If your event is more than 2 months away, just 30% locks the date and today's price; the rest is due a week before, and we email you a reminder.
Will your logo be on my reels?
Reels may carry a small Nikhaar Instant Shoots credit. Need a clean version, for example to run as an ad? Just ask.
How do I pay? Is it safe?
You pay on the website through Cashfree, a licensed payment gateway: UPI, cards or net banking. Your date is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.
Do you travel outside Vijayapura?
Yes. Travel anywhere inside Vijayapura city is included. For venues outside the city, request a quote and we'll share the travel cost before you pay.
What if the event runs late?
We allow a 15-minute grace if the schedule permits. After that you can add an extra hour for ₹1,499 per creator.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Personal shoots: full refund 7+ days before. Weddings and events: full refund or a free date change 60+ days before, and 50% or a date change at 30–59 days. If we ever can't make it, you get a replacement creator or a refund.
