Nikhaar Instant Shoots (Vijayapura, Udyam UDYAM-KR-07-0075295) collects only what we need to run your shoot.

What we collect

Your name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), event date, time and venue, the names and moments you want in the reel, your preferences, and the name you type to sign our terms along with the time and your device's IP address. Payment details are handled by Cashfree Payments; we only receive the payment status and reference.

How we use it

To confirm and deliver your booking, contact you about it, send your receipt, calendar invite and reminders before your event, keep records required for accounting, and resolve disputes. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Our coordinator and the creator assigned to your shoot. Booking details are also kept in our private Google Sheet, which only we can open. Service providers we use to run the website (hosting, database, email, Google and Cashfree) process data on our behalf.

Voice assistant

If you use “Talk to us”, your voice is sent to Google's Gemini service only to understand you and reply during the chat. We do not record or keep the audio. We save only the enquiry details you agree to send (name, WhatsApp number and event details), the same way as a quote request.

Your footage

Delivered reels and raw files stay downloadable for 30 days. We keep a working backup for up to 90 days, then delete it unless you ask us to keep it longer. We only post your reel publicly if you gave portfolio permission.
