Cancellation & refund policy

Days are counted to the booked start time of your shoot (or the first function), in Indian Standard Time.

Personal shoots (Quick Moment, Celebration, Grand Celebration)

• 7 days or more before the shoot: full refund of the amount paid.
• 2 to 6 days before: 50% refund, or one free reschedule to another available date within 60 days.
• Less than 48 hours before: no refund, because a creator has already been reserved for you. One reschedule may be possible, subject to availability.

Weddings and events (all Events and Wedding plans)

These dates are often booked months ahead, and we turn other clients away once your date is locked.

• 60 days or more before the event: full refund of the amount paid, or a free change of date.
• 30 to 59 days before: 50% of the advance refunded, or one free change of date to another available date within 6 months.
• Less than 30 days before: the advance is not refunded. One change of date may be possible if we are free on the new date. Any balance you have already paid is refunded.

Changing your date

A date change is subject to availability, and your locked price carries over to the new date. Ask as early as you can.

If we cancel

If we cannot fulfil your booking for any reason, we will offer a replacement creator you accept, or a full refund of the service we could not provide.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) through Cashfree Payments within 5–7 working days. To cancel or change your date, WhatsApp or email us with your booking ID.
